Product Return Information:

To fully experience the results of our products, we ask that you take the products as instructed on the label. If you follow the instructions and take at least 1 full bottle, then we feel you will achieve the best possible results. You must contact us via e-mail or fax to obtain a Refund Authorization Number, and the product must be returned to our office for a refund to be issued. We do not refund Shipping Costs, but we do refund 100% of the product cost.

When taken as instructed, any of our products should be consumed within 6 weeks. We have a 60 Day Refund Policy, which allows plenty of time to try 1 full bottle of our product. For a refund to be issued, the merchandise must be returned to our office within 60 days of purchase. Anything returned to us after 60 days will not be refunded.

Shipping Within The United States:

• Orders placed before 3pm Eastern Time are generally shipped the same day
• Orders within the United States are charged a flat fee of $5.95
• Packages are sent by Priority Mail and take an average of 3-5 business days to arrive
